
A Clear Guide While Booking from Explora Nepal Holidays :
Welcome to Explora Nepal Holidays ! We are thrilled to get the opportunity to assist you plan your adventure here in the Land of Himalayas – Nepal. This document outlines the important details of our working relationship. By booking with us, you believe that you agree to these terms, so please take a moment to read them.
1. Confirmation of Your Booking :
To officially reserve your spot, we require an advance payment. Your booking is only confirmed once we receive this payment. The remaining balance for your trip is collected fully on your first day of travel. Please ensure all payments are made in the currency that we have agreed upon in your quote.
2. What’s Included & What’s Not :
We have been believing in the transparent pricing. Hence ,The total price that you are quoted includes all government taxes and the services specifically listed in your itinerary (like hotels, tours, guides and included meals).
Please note that the following are not included in your package price and are your responsibility:
- Travel and Medical Insurance: This is essential. We strongly advise you to purchase comprehensive insurance.
- Visa Fees: Any required visas and their associated costs.
- Personal Expenses: This covers meals not listed, laundry, phone calls, souvenirs, and any other personal purchases.
- Gratuities: While tips for guides and drivers are customary and greatly appreciated in the tourism industry, they are at optional and are not included.
- Other Exclusions: Local SIM cards, international bank transfer fees, and any other service not explicitly written in your package.
3. If You Need to Cancel :
We understand that plans can change overtime. Because we pay our partners in advance to secure your services, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancelling 30+ days before departure: A fee of 15% of your total package cost will be charged.
- Cancelling within 30 days of departure: Unfortunately, all advance payments are non-refundable, as costs are already incurred.
4. Situations Beyond Our Control :
Sometimes, unexpected events like severe weather, political unrest, or transportation strikes can disrupt travel. While we are not liable for these unforeseen circumstances, we promise to work hard to find suitable alternatives for you.
For example, if a mountain flight is cancelled due to weather, we will arrange the dedicated airport transfers mentioned in your itinerary. However, we cannot be responsible for additional expenses you might incur due to such delays or changes.
5. Price Changes :
In rare cases, the cost of your tour might need to be adjusted by up to 5% due to significant increases in fuel prices or new government taxes that were not present at the time of your booking.
6. Your Responsibilities & Conduct :
You are responsible for having a valid passport, the correct visas, and adequate travel insurance.
We also ask that you be a respectful traveler. This means dressing modestly where appropriate and being mindful of local customs, traditions, and laws. Any consequences resulting from not following local laws or behaving disrespectfully are your sole responsibility.
Lastly, while we take every care to ensure your safety and enjoyment, we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or for events caused by third-party suppliers.
