How to Reach Bandipur?

Local buses depart on a fixed time and stop only at certain places for a short break so, this option might not be comfortable for most travelers.

From Kathmandu, Bandipur is approximately 143 km west and the drive usually takes around 4 to 6 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. From Pokhara, Bandipur is 75 km east and the journey takes around 3 to 4 hours on a private vehicle. The best way to reach Bandipur with maximum comfort and flexibility is by a private jeep.
